Happy Sunday and welcome back to the Snippet series! There are two BIG things making their debut… the Disney Skyliner and Epcot Forever. Let’s talk about them!

The brand new Disney Skyliner transportation system makes its grand debut TODAY (9/29/19). The Skyliner is a whimsical means to get around! This system connects Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and the Riviera Resort (opening Dec. 2019). You can see the ride map here. So far, reviews have been positive as preview guests enjoy the relaxing ride and amazing views! However, the gondola cars do not have air conditioning and instead rely on wind to keep riders cool. Guests say that as the car slows down (and decreases air flow) and/or temperatures outside increase, the ride could be a little warm. We shall see!!

We say goodbye to Illuminations: Reflections of Earth tomorrow (9/30/19) as we make way for a new nighttime spectacular, Epcot Forever. This show debuts as we welcome October! The World Showcase Lagoon will be brought to life in this limited time nighttime celebration of Epcot’s past, present, and future. Epcot Forever will run until 2020, so be sure to see it while it lasts! If you want to watch the first showing, #DisneyParksLIVE has you covered! The premier will be live streamed on October 1st at 8:50 pm EST.
